About Roberta
Roberta is the founder and director of ‘Roberta Sabatini – Party and Wedding Planner Ltd”.
She is a qualified wedding planner at the prestigious ‘La Fenice Eventi’ in Italy and to offer a complete service Roberta has also taken make-up courses with Ariane Poole, and gained her diploma as interior design at the National Design Academy as well as attending a flower decoration course in Rome.
While living in Italy, she helped in her family’ s restaurants on the coast by Rome getting to know the secrets of Italian cooking that she shared in her book ’ Learn How to Cook in One Week’ which sold 200 copies on the first hours of release.
As a wedding and event planner she focuses not only on the organisational aspects, but develops reception menus and decorates tables and spaces according to the ingredients and colors of the menus.
She lives in London with her husband and two children.
