About Roberta

Roberta is the founder and director of ‘Roberta Sabatini – The All in Italian Specialist’.

She is a cook, a qualified wedding planner (at ‘La Fenice Eventi’), Italian language teacher (CLTE certificate at the International house and Kensington & Chelsea College in London) and a multilingual travel operator.

She gained her cooking experience at her family’s restaurants on the coast near Rome. She regularly holds cookery courses in London (pasta and pizza making workshops).

Roberta has also taken make-up courses with Ariane Poole, and gained her diploma as interior design at the National Design Academy. She also attended a flower decoration course in Rome. As a wedding and event planner she focuses not only on the organisational aspects, but develops reception menus and decorates  tables and spaces according to the ingredients and colors of the menus.

She lives in London with her husband and two children.
